We know buying gloves online is not an exact science. If your gloves do not fit, or you just don't like them, you can return them for a refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. We do not charge a restock fee. This applies to current non-discounted products only. Closeout items are not eligible for return or exchange. If you used an expedited/paid shipping method on your order, your refund will not include the shipping charge. If you are exchanging, USPS Ground Advantage will be used for shipping unless you wish to pay to expedite.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, we ask that your return meet the following criteria:
Gloves must be in 100% new, sellable condition. This means NOT RIDDEN IN: unused, undamaged, unwashed, untested, unmodified, clean, dry, odor free, with all hangtags, labels, and packaging intact and included. Don’t try to fool us. We have an underpaid forensic scientist on staff with a hi powered microscope who inspects all returns for evidence of bugs, road grime and other tell-tale signs a glove has been ridden in. Really…we’ll know. Bottom line, please return them as you would expect to get them. Returns without original packaging will incur a 10% restock charge.
The Return Authorization (RA#) must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
Returns must be applied for and pre-authorized (RA#) within 30 days from the date you received your order.
Each return must have an approved RA# (Return Authorization Number) and be shipped back to our Shelby Township, MI office within 5 business days from initiation of the RA#. Please write the RA# clearly on the outside of the return shipment. Returns without this info on the outside will only delay your refund or exchange. We also ask you put a note inside the package with your order number and write “return” or “exchange”.

RETURN/EXCHANGE SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for freight costs associated with returning an item to our office. We highly recommend using a service with tracking and insurance. (We can also provide a USPS return label to save you the hassle of going to Post Office. If you are initiating a return, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund amount. If you are initiating an exchange, you will be sent an invoice for the prepaid label. Please reach out to us if you'd like us to provide the label.)
Return/Exchange processing. Once your package is received we will do our best to process an exchange or refund within 2-3 business days.
EXCHANGE
There is no charge for shipping the FIRST exchange back to you. You are only responsible for shipping the items back to us here in Shelby Township, MI.
If you cannot wait for us to receive/process your exchange, we suggest ordering the exchange glove you need and when your return arrives, we will issue a refund.
Also, as we stated above, buying gloves online is not exact, and occasionally we do see orders with two different sizes being ordered with the intention of returning one or both. We ask you do not abuse this policy by ordering multiples of the same or similar gloves with the intention of returning those you do not want. Please follow the instructions on the size chart and also look for fit notes at the bottom of the product page. Or contact us with your measurements and which glove you have in mind and we'll do our best to recommend the best size for a particular glove.
Exchanges will be shipped to you using USPS Ground Advantage, unless you wish to pay to expedite shipping. If you live in an area where our free shipping is not available, you will be responsible for paying for shipping on the exchange order.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be to the original method of payment, less any shipping costs if applicable. If you used a shipping option on your order that wasn't the free shipping we offer, or if you live in an area where free shipping is not available, we are unable to refund the expedited/alternative shipping method you selected. Even though we live in a world of high tech and instant expectations, it might be 3-7 business days before you see the refund in your account. This is due to bank processing time, and is out of our control once the refund is initiated on our end.

WARRANTY
Racer Gloves are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from purchase date to the original owner. Normal wear and crash damage are NOT covered under warranty.
If you experience a problem with your Racer product and feel that it may be defective in some way, please contact us immediately. We’ll probably ask for photos and other information prior to requesting that you return it back to us.
Once your item is received at Racer Gloves USA and is deemed a defective item under warranty, we’ll notify you via email and or phone call. Depending on the defect, we will either have it repaired, or send you a new replacement. Bottom line…if it’s defective and within the warranty period, we’ll either repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Please note: All warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and warranty requests require a copy of the original invoice.
